Nail Polish!

So its that time of the month again.... 

&& no its not THAT time of the month...:)

Actually better said, its that time of the week....

The day that I have to decide what nail polish to put on. 

Im very indecisive when it comes to what nail polish I want to wear for the week. 

I get tired or wearing so much pink,purple and black but I then I don't want to wear neutrals, or go TOO bright. 

This is what I choose for this week. 

Sally Hansen-160, Shall we Dance?-- OPI Shattered in Black & Sally Hansen Anti-Chip Top Coat. 

So this is how my hands started off, all naked and ugly. haha :)

This is after a coat of "shall we dance?". I just love that name. Imagine a guy giving you a nail polish asking you to dance with him?! :) 

This color is pretty shear, but gives a natural looking color to your nails which is what I was hoping for because I did not want to apply the Shattered Nail Polish on by itself. 

After a coat of shattered. Who else is in love with this nail polish?? 

I like how the shattered nail polish looks against "shall we dance":)

I finished my nails by applying a coat of Sally Hansen Anti-Chip Top Coat. 

At first, I was very skeptical about this, unsure if it really did work. I finally decided I loved this product after not using it on my nails last week and my nails, literally chipped on the second day. 

So that is how my nails look like for this week! What color are you wearing and what color do you recommend for me to try?? :)

Bouncy Curls

So I hauled the other day a new curling iron that I had bought at the Fashion District in Los Angeles. && this is it:

I had told you all that I would do a review and tutorial for you all and I did, but while I edited the video and uploaded, I wanted to show a preview of the finished look. I decided to curl my sister's hair with this curler and this is how it came out:)

I LOVED how her hair came out and made me wish my hair was long like hers:( But I will definitely come up with a cute hairstyle for short hair using this curling iron!

Birthday Girl

So my birthday was last month in July but nevertheless, I wanted to show you guys my birthday dress, maybe you all like it or something:) 

The dress was bought at Forever21 but I also saw it at Agaci, but the price was a little higher. I love the plain navy bottom but I love even more the top because of the pretty colors:)

&& here is a view of the shoes....:)

I bought these heels at Agaci. I really love the color, it is a bright pink which I thought was a good contrast to the navy color but complimented the top of the dress. I curled my hair on this day, which is something I dont do often but it was a MUST, on this special day!

So this is my first blog post... I had thought about making a blog before, but never really got around to doing it. I honestly don't know how many people will read this blog if people are actually interested but I thought it would be a good way to keep in touch with many people and see what I am doing lately. 

This blog will be an "Esther" blog, not socalcutie91, as many of you all know me as. This will be differnt because it will not be strictly about fashion or makeup, but of EVERYTHING:) 

I think its a pretty good idea:) 

Within this blog, one will find fashion, makeup, hairstyles but also, day to day life, insight thoughts and maybe, more insight thoughts. 

As this blog goes along, I would like to know what kind of stuff you all would like to see.
